the food has got much better,it charges about $8.68 at lunch
which is a better food and better than the $11 price down the road,
free soup which tastes good ,free tea, free spring roll,i gave the fried rice that comes free a miss the second time as it was greasy and had plain rice instead, its a bit of a walk from the hospitals but worth the 5-10 minute walk, the food has got a lot better than last year when I tried it,not many people there at lunch time -

No frills Chinese restaurant that's great for quick lunches especially during work. Lunch specials are a great deal ($9 for soup, egg rolls, entree and rice/noodles). Food quality is quite solid and the flavors resemble home cooking. Had the pork spareribs and green beans, which were well seasoned in black bean sauce. Will definitely be one of my go-to lunch places during the work week.

This place is okay. I came in for lunch today and total was about $9.50 which is very cheap for this area. Lunch comes with a tea, an egg roll, your choice of rice, and a main meal.
I tried the sweet and sour pork and fried rice. This was not my favorite maybe I got the wrong thing. It's very sweet and the pork is fried. I couldn't see the meat really and don't believe they are using a great cut. Also the carrots used did not seem to look that fresh. I think the food quality used such as vegetable and meets is not a high quality. The fried rice also only had fried rice and some eggs. There were no veggies which is what I am used to. I did like the fried rice a lot though, even if a little salty. I left the meal not feeling so good probably due to all of the oil.
Service was good. Does take some time to get the food as it's made after it is ordered.
If you are in the market for some cheap chinese food this place might work for you. It was not my cup of tea. I wish I worked closer to kung food. -

Sadly this was maybe the worst Chinese I've ever eaten. Everything tasted stale, bland, or like the sauces and oils were rancid. Pretty sure the worst part of all was the meat. there were random hard bits mixed with gristle and it was too suspicious to swallow. So everyone spat their bites out (and we really tried a few times to eat it). I know this is mean to say and I feel bad saying it but I honestly hope this place closes and never reopens, and the owner moves on to do something else completely unrelated to food.

A small surprise that was probably the best Chinese food I've ever had: Singapore noodles, black mushrooms, and snow pea chicken. They were all amazing. I've read a few questionable reviews for this place but I tried it myself and they're all wrong. I couldn't be more satisfied or more stuffed!
